Our policy lasts 03 days. If 03 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your package including tests, interviews, evaluations must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of services are exempted from refund. Services such as IELTS Exam Date Booking, CD IELTS Exam Date Booking,PTE Vouchers, CELPIP Date Bookings, Used Tests or Scheduled Interviews cannot be applicable for refund.
To initiate refund, we require a refund request from you at firstname.lastname@example.org within 03 days of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or bank account, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a refund, the cost of services will be deducted from your refund maximum upto 7% of purchase value.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Services once sold, cannot be replaced with any other service.
